We begin with a solid core – using advanced swaging techniques to form soft lead cores under high pressure, ensuring uniform density for optimal flight stability. Next comes our signature copper-plating process, where each core is electroplated in a copper solution, creating a molecular bond between the copper jacket and lead core that results in zero lead exposure while maintaining integrity at high velocity.
After plating, bullets undergo re-striking through precision dies to achieve exact specifications and reinforce the copper-lead bond. Finally, our rigorous quality assurance process ensures every pistol bullet meets our exacting standards before leaving our facility.
