Our Bullet-Making Process
Our manufacturing process ensures consistent quality in every bullet. How do we do it? Here is a high-level overview of our process:
Step 1: We begin with swaging to create uniform lead cores under high pressure, ensuring consistent bullet weight. This eliminates variations found in some cast bullet manufacturing.
Step 2: Each core receives full copper plating through electroplating. This creates a smooth surface that reduces fouling in your magnum revolver while eliminating lead exposure.
Step 3: We re-strike each bullet through precision dies to refine final dimensions and ensure reliable feeding in your revolver cylinder.
Step 4: Quality inspections verify every caliber bullet meets our standards for consistent performance and proper dimensions.
